Pray
The most important ingredient in a successful event is prayer.
Every aspect of this journey directs believers toward prayer—determined, heartfelt, ceaseless prayer. Please pray for the local team leaders, as well as Will Graham and his family. Most importantly let’s pray that the word of the Lord be spread throughout the Okanagan and Canada.

Please pray:
- That the Holy Spirit would soften people’s hearts to receive the Gospel message.
- That Christians in Kamloops, Vernon, and Kelowna will be praying for the salvation of their family, friends, and neighbors.
- For unity among believers as we work together to lift up the Name of Jesus in the Okanagan.
- For necessary ministry resources, committed leaders and volunteers, and the many venue and logistical needs.
- For Will Graham and the guest artists during each night’s outreach.

Training
Christian Life & Witness Classes (CLWC)
Reigniting your faith.
Reignite your faith and passion for evangelism. This course is designed to strengthen, prepare, and train believers to share what they believe, according to God’s Word.
Whether you’ve shared your faith many times or you’re new to witnessing, this course will encourage you to confidently share the Good News of Christ with friends, family, and co-workers or at the Look Up Tour with Will Graham.
Sharing God’s hope in crisis.
As wildfires have affected the lives of so many Thompson-Okanagan residents, Billy Graham Rapid Response Team chaplains will also teach from our Sharing Hope in Crisis course, a training that equips believers to share God’s love and comfort with those who are suffering.
Bring a Friend
In John 1:40-42a (NIV) we read, “Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus. The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, “We have found the Messiah” (that is, the Christ). And he brought him to Jesus.”
‘Like Andrew, those of us who have a personal relationship with Christ must seek out those in our lives who don’t know Jesus, and bring them to Him’. The Bring a Friend initiative encourages us to faithfully pray for, and intentionally strengthen these relationships.
The ‘Bring a Friend’ initiative encourages you to:
LOOK AROUND
where you live, work, or go to school—this is your mission field. LIST names of individuals you know who need Jesus Christ, whom you will pray for regularly.
LOOK UP
because God changes people through prayer. PRAY each day for those on your list, that God will give you opportunities to share His love with them.
LOOK OUT
for ways to CULTIVATE friendships with each person on your list. Spend time with them. An invitation to dinner or a sporting event will build friendships, which can open the way to talk about Christ.
LOOK FORWARD
by beginning to talk with each person on your list about attending the Celebration with you. Choose a specific date, pray, and BRING them to the event.
LOOK AFTER
those who respond to Christ or even begin to show interest in the Gospel, for they need your ENCOURAGEMENT. CONTINUE to love and pray for those who do not respond.
